RETURNS AND DELIVERY

Information regarding the returns procedure, delivery, and complaints

1. RETURNS

1.1. Return Conditions:

• The Customer has 14 days to submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract and an additional 14 days to complete the return.
• Returns are accepted only for products that show no signs of use by the buyer.

1.2. Return Procedure:

• Returns are possible after contacting us within 14 days of receiving the order.

• The response will be sent via email.
• The return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
• The product should be placed in a well-secured package.
• The refund will be processed within 14 business days from receiving the returned product.
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method, unless the customer explicitly agrees to an alternative form of refund.

2. DELIVERY

2.1. Delivery Costs:

• Delivery costs depend on the chosen carrier and are in accordance with the current price list.
• The delivery cost is provided before the order is confirmed.

2.2. Delivery Time:

• The delivery time is up to 4 business days.

3. COMPLAINTS

• The complaint will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the submission.
• The response to the complaint will be sent via email and will include detailed information regarding the decision and any actions taken in relation to the complaint.
• Refunds related to the complaint will be processed within 14 business days from the date the complaint is resolved favorably.
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method, unless the customer explicitly agrees to an alternative form of refund.
